“1stwebdesigner is not that good as a resource site”

1stwebdesigner is not that good as a resource site. Their content gets very... very repetitive by posting the almost the same content almost every week. The only really good articles are the most obvious ones. There is almost no content that new web designers even need to know, especially when they go into the freelancing field. Their tutorials aren't helpful, and even they don't seem to know how to design a responsive webpage. The site in itself is almost nothing but fluff and glitters. (No, you cannot design a responsive site with photoshop. You have to code it by hand. And they didn't even teach such people to code it.) However, I purchased a membership to the freelance bootcamp, which promises freelancers 3 clients, $300 dollars, in 3 days. It's not all what it's cracked up to be. It turned out to be a waste of my $47. They're only teaching you to make money using a premade wordpress theme through a forum where anyone can get the information they want for free, and another site which you have no guarantee of even getting a membership in. There are no lessons on HTML, Javascript, or the basics of web design. There is too much emphasis on wordpress and even then, there isn't much content that teaches you how to make your own wordpress themes. In fact, there is nothing in their bootcamp that teaches people how to freelance in the real world. It's just fluff and useless information. I'm sorry but I did not play $47 per month so you can teach me how to install a premade wordpress theme that a 12 year old can do. By the way, I did not earn $300 in 3 days, so this bootcamp is a complete ripoff. Whatever you do, do NOT attend any of their webinars. It's only purpose is to promote their shady bootcamp business by enticing you to part ways with your wallet, not to educate you. Even their spam articles are there to grab your attention and entice you into their sites.
