I ordered a manual for a bread maker and got an automated response. They stated on their site that it would cost me $20USD total. However, I was charged $20.48AUD and with NO DOWNLOAD. T On the email they sent it said and I quote: Thank you for your order num. Xyz (changed) We remind you that the fees you have paid Correspond to the research service only. 2instructions / Guides 'n manuals DOES NOT Distribute NOR resell any document which remains The exclusive property of its/their author(s). So Ive been scammed into paying my $$$ for their supposed research STAY AWAY FROM THEM IT IS A SCAM

STAY AWAY FROM THEM IT IS A SCAM
Please don't touch this site. I wanted a User Manual for an old electronic typewriter I have. Thought this looked a very site. Until they took my card details and I never received the download. Stay away! Its a big con.

Crap site, extortionate price for manual...$42 for washing machine manual with no preview or proof it's correct, no contact possible, no reply to queries, no messaging options & lastly NO REFUND OR CANCELLATION when you find the wrong manual was supplied. Stay away... CAVEAT EMPTOR!
Asked about a manual and why it was so expensive. Their reply:
