Ordered flooring never received the product or my money back. Surprised to see them still advertising on the Internet. Where is the attorney general in all this?

BUYER BEWARE! Go to the BBB website to get the true story! Notice they dont have a google review account, They keep deleting my review and replacing with fake ones! 3 months with no flooring and they refuse to refund my money. If you call the number on the site you get an answering service. I have filed complaints with the Attorney General and BBB. Dont let them take your money!

This is a great place to get flooring! Shipping was convenient and the service was amazing. We would definitely recommend 3C Millworks to anyone!

Just an update - The owner James DeVille and his wife are currently sitting in Jail waiting Arraignment Dec 11,2015 - Merry-Xmas to them, I am hoping to get some of my money back via the Courts and them making License Plates!

This company is a scam! They do have a flooring mill but it's just a way to get your money! They currently owe me over $14,000.00 for products I ordered but never received! They need to be under the jail!

We came to see 3C Millworks due the online reviews, and they didnt lie. Great selection and great prices. We came from several counties away because no one could even touch his prices.

I ordered flooring in Jan and still have not received my flooring. They will not respond to my calls, emails, texts etc. do NOT order from them. Isn't there something we can all do?

I placed an order for $380.00 in walnut flooring for a project in January. I still have no flooring, nor do I have a refund for my order which was paid in full. They refuse to communicate with me and are just a bunch of scam artist.

Sent them 3800 $ 4 months ago excuse after excuse no flooring

Do not give them your money, they are con artists and cheats. Five months ago I gave them my money, and still no flooring, only excuses after excuse after excuse. Completely bogus company.

Ordered my product on 11/19/14. The product was due to me by 12/29/14( 6 weeks lead time). Today is 2/11/14 and I still do not have my product that was ordered and paid for. I have lived through multiple excuses about rain delays, back orders that need to be filled and then blades being broken, and then a missed pick up of the wood. Told me it would ship out on 2/3/14 and take 3- 5 days to ship. I have called and emailed as to where my product is and no one knows anything nor can anyone give me a number to the shipper that may have my product. All anyone has ever told me is excuses that it is coming... ITS ALL A LIE. DO NOT ORDER FROM 3C MILLWORKS and DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY... GO ELSEWHERE. ITS FRAUDULENT BUSINESS ACTIVITY.

We ordered flooring from this company at the end of September and will probably never receive it or our money back. The owners have both been arrested for theft. There have been a numerous amount of people who have not received their flooring. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Where to start i am so excited about my purchase from 3c they have products that are truely genuine and the look oh my goodness just stunning, if you want good grade flooring you must give them a call great bunch of folks

Let's get a class action suite in for this and get our money back. Undelivered product---horrible customer service once we all started catching on to the scam.

Just had our pecan floor completed and it looks great. Great to work with; efficiently, and very professional.

Overall it was a great experience and I'll be happy to have 3C Millworks team back in my house when I'm ready to have more flooring...

The process from beginning to end was easy and pleasant. 3C Millworks has a great selection, friendly folks; I couldn't ask for more. Very happy with finished product.
