Very bad products and fake. Smell lasts for just few minutes. When I tried to contact them to get back my money, they refused and said no return is allowed for perfumes.
I had payed 485 dhd for 3 perfumes in October 2021, every time I contact them they reply" order is on the way, due to new customs procedures it's being delayed ". For the last month they don't respond to any form of contact anymore. Please if anyone knows where can we complain, any official organization where we can inform about this kind of scam and being investigated.

Please don’t buy anything, they will not answer to your emails, they will not give you any refund and they will lie to you that the products are always on the way.

I ordered and paid on 13th May and still not received. I contacted the customer support several times, every time they said we will update you within few days and no contact or response.

Never trust this site. I paid almost 300$ for perfumes in Jun 21 and still waiting for delivery since then!. They keep repeating appreciate your patience. They don't have a number or contact center. Only emails...

It has been 10 months and I have not received my perfumes keep telling trying to resolve tge issue with customs and shipper Unbelievable 10 months and no perfumes I am very much embarrassed I guess it's a fraud online site to make people fool get money from them and then neither return money or send the perfumes I guess action should be taken by international onlookers on such sites to punish them

They didn't send me even contact number is off how can contact them?
I ordered a perfume since September and now we are almost december didn't get it. Their support number is a joke. This for the rest of the people not waste their money and time. It is a FRAUD

I haven't received my order they don't answer their WhatsApp no contact to call and no refund and i don't know who to contact to sue them
Avoid at all costs. Quick to take your money but then doesnt ship all your items or ship damaged bottles and fake perfumes. Terrible customer service!
It's almost 1 year now since I've ordered and I didn't receive. Before they replied to many reasons. Now they are unreachable by call and messages.

Warning to the public Fake perfumes in 24/7 perfumes paid 4 perfumes on 50% total 465 dhs took more than 1 month to deliver then ALL PERFUMES ARE FAKE
I purchased some products but never received any. They stole my money. They claim to be based in USA but they are based in Turkey. No tracking for the products available and the customer service keeps on writing lies. I didn't receive the products.

Never purchase any product. It's a fake business. They just steal your money.

7/24 Perfumes took my money - I've no products after months of waiting! What can we do to get any reply from them.
I canceled my order and 5 months passed and I didn't get my refund and every week I send them with no response

WARNING: unfortunately i didn't check the review before i fell in the SEXY PRICE trap. I cannot judge the originality of the items or not as i still didn't receive it yet (25 days now). And their customer service (WHATSAPP MESSAGE ONLY) seems that they are used on customer complain so they make it easier for you and they cut it short and tell you REFUND and it will take 60 days to get your money back however their website mention in refund policy 14 days :).
I lost almost 150$ be careful. Don; t, again don; t waste your money
I just wasted right over $450 usd on products that are worth less than $5 usd. Worst quality i have ever come across and unfortunately 5 minutes after I have received the order i released the were fake and smelled disinfectants, straight away and contacted the customer how claimed that are 100%. DO NOT BYE ANYTHING FROM thinking that its a knock off THSES ARE CLEAR SCAMC.

Dont just don't do it at all they are selling lies in different colours your money is gone they don't refund and no one will buy them of you
They claim to sell testers. But their products are cheap clones. Don't buy. Some perfumes don't even smell as the original ones
Dont buy from 724perfumes website, they are cheaters, this website from Turkey, I bought from them in AED CURRENCY, as shown in their website, but when I request to cancel unshipped order they refund in Turkish currency, I LOST quite good amount of money with this transaction. When they saw my review they called me for compensation vs deleting my review but even after i promise to do so they do nothing it seems they were playing with me and cheat again.
I am still waiting for compensation after a promise from their costomer seevices, but again they cheated and did not do any compensation
