I used PayPal to buy a DVD from Michael Meaney, and so far no DVD. I emailed both 911 action org and Michael Meaney and no response from either of them. I would never buy from this site again due to the fact they do not respond to problems from their business members.
I am going to file a complaint with PayPal over this fraud.
I too ordered 2 DVD's from this site via PayPal. I never received them. I opened a dispute with PayPal and got my money back. I see a common thread here.
I "bought" a dvd off this site and no product. Emailed 4+ times. No response. I opened up a PayPal dispute with this pesron.
