I got a popup asking me to review my ISP namely RAIN and that if I did I stood a chance to win a galaxy s20.
Filled in the survey then got told I had won the phone and had to only pay R25. When paying saw the payment was to 99beautydeals but thought nothing of it. Payed the money but when I got the so-called invoice from these scammers saw it was for a registration fee plus a monthly automatically renewable subscription to this so-called website - so I had paid R508. Went to the website - it's just a front to make it all look legit, doesn't even show your name when you login, just a number and there is just a few items of merchandise available.
Had to cancel my cards. Emailed these people/person for a refund but no answer whatsoever.

Up to now I still haven't got my refund despite repeated requests since Oct. 4,2019. I wonder why 99beautydeals does not even have the decency to respond to my emails. I was scammed of EUR19.99 on Oct. 4,2019. A message popped up on my screen that I won a Samsung Galaxy phone and that I should only pay P599 Philippine Pesos only for the shipping. I paid with my credit card but after a few minutes I realized that I was scammed. So I immediately told them to cancel and refund to me my money of more than Php1,000 Philippine Pesos which they charged on my credit card. Up to now they haven't refunded the money and refused to respond to my email messages. They even have the guts to ask for more money by saying that the phone is ready for delivery but I have to pay (again!) P599 for the delivery.
Please let me know how to end my subscription here within 24 hours Im very disappointed with this scam.
I received an SMS to say I won an iPhone 11, I was then requested to pay a certain amount in order for a phone to be released I paid invoice attached, I then received an email to say I am subscribe to 99 beauty deals certain amount will be deducted every month, I sent them a message to say they must pay back my refund because they mislead me, they responded with an email saying I have successfully unsubscribe, I sent an email again asking when will they refund me, they are no longer responding to my messages
