Wow! Just got my first (preowned) Rolex today from A&E. I have been wanting a Rolex for decades and finally pulled the trigger. I did my research and finally selected A&E because of the reputation, pricing and customer service. I was not disappointed. Thanks A&E for helping to make my dream come true.

The item arrived but it was way too small. I asked for a larger item but it would cost me double the price. I will return the item. Very disappointed!

Bought my first ever Rolex and it could have not been any easier. Website layout is very easy to use with no difficulty!

Have received my order and discovered the bracelet was too tight so I called for assistance and was supplied with an extra link which arrived today 12/16. I had my jeweler add the link and the watch is fine. Very Competitive prices/Immediately contacted me once I placed the order. Sent me wire transfer information which I was able to send out the next day via my online Bank. A & E received before 1:30 pm WCT and the watch was overnighted the next morning. The watch arrived and was as described....basically unused for a 12 year old Rolex. No plans to buy any new watches in the future, but I would check A & E when I do.

I received my watch today and it is beautiful, and looks brand new. A quality product for a fair price. I just received my Rolex from A & E this morning. The date just with diamond markers is beautiful and in outstanding condition. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with A & E. Having purchased rolex watches online in the past, I do a ton of research prior to dealing with a company.
After reading some neg. Reviews about A&E watches, I was sceptical, but decided to call them anyways. So happy I did.
From price to shipping, the company was amazing. Beautiful box, original manual, gift box, and a box of chocolates. The last rolex i bought online from different retailer sent cheap box, with photocopy pages of instruction manual.
Needless to say i couldn't be happier with the entire process. Neg reviews must be from their competition.
Since i am an honest reviewer and customer, I can't speak to the warranty side of things, but if this company treats business as they did on the front side, I don't expect anything less should i have an issues down the line.
Next rolex gift will be for my son graduating university. A&E has won my business thus far. Thank you for making a sceptical consumer into a confident one.

PHENOMENAL customer service from Inbar, and my never-worn, high ticket Rolex was pristine with factory tags and even sized for my wrist with the excess links carefully contained in the factory Rolex box. Their warranty is the best I have found anywhere,and I am already planning my next purchase! Could not be happier with purchase experience or service. Originally, was interested in a watch, that had an after market dial. I was immediately informed of that fact and decided to purchase a watch with an original face. Inbar lead me through the process and could not have done a better job. The bracelet was adjusted to fit my wrist and the watch arrived on the agreed upon date. It looks like a brand new watch. I could not be happier. It takes a leap of courage, to make such an expensive purchase on-line, but A and E exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Inbar, I leave on my trip tomorrow with my beautiful new watch.
