Microsoft is plainly honest, secure (easy to change your password, ect) and helpful (easy to contact a real human, ease to cancel a subscription). Totally recommended.
Micro soft doesn't have customers service. All answers are generated by machines - Nothing personal. I'm already for 5 days without using my email, just because somebody or something used my email account for spreading junk. The problem is when I try to get the suspension lifted, I end with the question; what phone number can we use to send you a verification code. When I fill in my number- reply is: we cannot send codes to this telephone number. While on morning morning before I was completely shut down I still could receive codes from Microsoft. Are there ways to solve this. I tried to call the Dutch office (I'm Dutch, living in Zambia) and I called the US Microsoft. I end up talking to a robot and after having answered some questions in digit form by pressing numbers, I get referred back to the online help desk and the vicious circle starts all over again.

I understand the idea of having a family plan, but it's ruining alot of peoples lives especially mine. I dont fully understand how to use microsoft business without someone from another country misguiding me, and you're promoting it, i was promised a free laptop and i never got it. I wanted to integrate my business and did everything by downloading everything microsft but it's more confusing now.
Microsoft is a disappointment. In the unfortunate event of your account being compromised, their lack of assistance is disheartening. Their responses consist of scripted statements with no actual help provided. Frankly, it's disheartening, and one can't help but wish for the downfall of such a company.

I love the free rewards all you have to do is look up stuff do little tests and collect bonus points. When you can win stuff like a tablet a galaxy s9 and laptop and bonus points. But the problem is they are all entry's so you have to win them. You can make any number of entry's but a higher number takes more points.
Tip for consumers:
Look up stuff on bing constantly and make it your default browser bing.
Honest website. I've been earning and using Bing Rewards for a few years now and they deliver what they say they do. I haven't had a problem with redeeming the rewards at all.
