Here is a company whom I started doing business with and ended up with my partner as a customer for they will not provide me with cash advances on the card I aquired from them for my SSD payments.

Recently we needed to go to them for extra money and after running into a situation where they expected us to run down to their office on the same day she gets paid, we explained the situation and were graciously given a repayment date on the 5th after I get paid. Needing the advances two more months until things get settled, we return on 5/12 and meet Shanna-Kay. While I know not if it was personal or she's just nasty by nature but she made the transaction as onerous as possible, refused the requested Advance due date and now.
Too many people out there needing work to have this kind of person on your staff regardless of the motivation involved. Now, the nature of your business and your phone call has created an untenable situation for I'm waiting on a replacement ACE Elite debit card and until I have it in hand I couldn't do what you want even if your phone harrasment hadn't caused me to desire otherwise.

I went into Ace Cash Express on Triskett Rd in Cleveland on Saturday to obtain a payday loan, as I sometimes do when my child support is late.
The rep there, Bonna, asked me how much I wanted to borrow. I told her that it all depended on when the loan would be due, as I get paid from my job on Thursday (if a loan is paid during a certain period of time, no interest would be required). She told me that - if I paid the loan by Thursday, I wouldn't have to pay any interest. I then told her, in that case, I would borrow $200. Bonna proceeded to complete the paperwork for the loan.
After I was approved for the $200 and I signed all of the loan documents, Bonna then said to me, "Oh, you'll have to pay it back by Wednesday, not Thursday". I asked her how much I would have to pay in interest and she stated $47. I told her (since the initial information she gave me was WRONG), that I then only wanted to borrow $100 (because I certainly don't want to pay $47 for such a short period of time). She then snapped, "Now I'm gonna have to do all this paperwork all over again!" I told her, "Well, YOU gave me the wrong information about WHEN it would be due!" She then said, "Well, I thought you would already KNOW since you come in all the time!" So, because I come in all of the time gives Bonna an excuse to assume that the consumer should know more than SHE SHOULD?
So, after Bonna huffed and puffed and proceeded to process the $100 loan, she said to me, "You were denied". I said, "What do you mean that I was 'denied' when I was JUST approved for a $200 loan?" She said, "The computer denied you". This was all due to Bonna's error and her need to cancel the first request. So, I had no choice but to leave with no loan - all because Bonna can't do her job correctly. She provided the wrong information, then appeared to be totally CLUELESS when the 'computer' denied it.
I was able to go to Advance America down the street and left with my loan. The staff at Advance America was professional and courteous. Please, don't waste your time at Ace Cash Express!

I remember when I had a job and it was around the time snapping checks too get it put on your card was popular I remember I had a work check and I was to try and put it on my card so I downloaded the app but I wasn't happy with my check amount so I got a pencil and wrote a 8 where the 3 is at and I was banned from that app so then a few weeks went by and it was time for the check to be cashed and so we went and tell me why as I walk in she was like I'm not excepting checks so we end up going to Walmart to cash it so just from experience I don't like how people be like it's their job to put in my stuff like okay that's great but let's be a little more serious here cause if I have to cash my money with a Walmart check that's connected to some unknown bank all the way somewhere else just watch how they'd try too do me I mean it's somethings that's mandatory and people will willingly rehearse too reject you and ridicule you over something that really means a lot it's not just a game I need my actions to be taken seriously cause the bank sure didn't do it I doubt they would even try but also I guess I would be banned from using them do you have any other suggestions because I don't tolerate them enough plus it's not like people don't know your struggling it's not good for someone too be able to take advantage of it and sorry but Walmart doesn't except checks over 5,000 what am I supposed too do now
