This hospital and its staff, both nurses and doctors are the absolute worst. The standards of care are virtually non existent and they will keep you there as long as possible to keep you paying for treatments that are not required. You know it's a scam when the doctors are directors of the company and there is financial incentive to keep you there.
The behaviour exhibited by the nurses and doctors at ACE dumaguete was beyond rude and unprofessional. It was at a level so low that I could not believe existed in the medical community.
I would suggest anyone serious about their health or their finances never ever use this place.

The hospital is absolute chaos. This hospital does not deserve the star rating. The doctor on admission was very nice and explained everything to me. I had my old findings with me so that they would know what was going on with me. She copied them and had them translated straight away. Then the orthopedist came. He paralyzed me straight away. I dozed off on the medication all night and the next day before finally getting a room that evening. They put me in a private room without telling me. This room costs 3,000p per day. No water in the room, no towel, no table, no bedside table, no mirror in the bathroom and I had to kill the cockroaches myself. The hospital wanted me to wear a hospital gown, but I was not given a fresh one after multiple requests. So I slept in my clothes. I then lay in this room for 2 days without being visited by the doctors. Although I asked for the doctor several times. I didn't know what the CT revealed, why I was given the pills, or what I was missing. I got the report from the CT and translated it for myself on the internet. I searched the internet for the medication and then found out that I was given medication for an epileptic although I am not. When I knew that, I said I'm going home. Huge hassle with the bill. They ripped me off pretty bad. 31,400p for 2 days wait. Security wouldn't let me go and wanted to see the bill. Then there was trouble again. Even though I paid. I will never use this hospital again. If I had been a Filipino I wouldn't have paid so much. But we foreigners are all millionaires. But we dont have so much money. When I checked the statement, I found that I was charged for items that I didn't even receive. You can do it with us foreigners. I think it sucks that Filipinos are always trying to pick up a foreigner!
