Ordered a hoodie, very poor material quality and sizing was small for the size ordered. Requested a return and refund, not postage option unless i sent it myself at a cost of up to £40, nearly twice the cost of the item, with no guarantee of a refund or any refund of postage. They wanted me to post it to CHINA, i am in the UK! How can they be trading, dreadful customer service, avoid them if you can.

I ordered Three dresses and a top. I am 5"3 and the dresses that are ankle length in pictures have to be altered. Two of the dresses looked like there picture and I am happy. The other dress looks nothing like what I ordered. The top is off the shoulder, but elastic is very tight,also in the sleeves of one dress. Sizing is good. I ordered medium and I am 5"3 and 137 lbs.
I did not try and return anything I did not like,as reviews are terrible.

The top material wasn't even joined so boobs fell out. Size was all wrong to what their sizes said. See through material. Horrible

I placed a order cancelled immediately bc I forgot items it showed as cancelled, I confirmed with seller cancelled then they sent both the cancelled order and intended order charged me for both. Also clothes in order do not look like what I ordered. They initially act as if they care and then wanted to charge me to return items they sent from cancelled order…not taking responsibility for their mistake. Quality of product cheap also.

They are not very quick in shipping but their dresses for golf are of good quality and very beautifull
Product was cheaply made. Also, I ordered to 2 sizes, trying to ensure a proper fit. No luck. I tried to return it upon receipt and was not given that option. Rather, I was offered a 60% refund and keep the items, since return shipping was too expensive. I agreed, however, Ador never submitted the refund and closed the ticket!
Rip off company! Obviously a foreign company that knows it cannot be tracked.

Do not buy from here, save your money, it all looks great online, but when you get it, it's cheaply made looks more like costume or something you would buy from a kids costume store. Veteran here, trust me, it's horrible, just trying to save others from a waist of time and money
I like how fashionable the items are and how polite the customer service is. I will definitely make ador my number 1 online shopping app.

Bought a,"winter" cardigan from this company. Was paper thin with one side longer than other. Item came from London and was told i would have to pay 30 dollars to send to Asia. This company is a complete fraud that sells cheap chinese tat.

I ordered an item which when it arrived looked nothing like the advert, the quality was very poor. I have contacted customer service with a ticket for return 3 times with no success. I do not recommend anyone purchasing from this company. Do not part with your money you will never see a refund. Does not even qualify for one star.

Zero out of zero stars these dudes suck I ordered some shirts they look nothing like the picture! Horrible!
I ordered 5 shirts after seeing an add and the price was right (under 20 a shirt including delivery). They arrived about 2c weeks after payment (sooner than I expected) and are okay.
They arent as nice as depicted in the add, but I've seen worse. Basically you get what you pay for. These are very mediocre quality and I doubt they will last even a month, but they look okay and at least they arrived.
I definitely love the shoes that I have received for my occasion, just looks like advertised, good quality and enjoyed wearing it.
I sent an email inquiring about my package and they replied to me so quickly! Very professional and when my order arrived, the quality was superb. So satisfied specially I didn't pay so much.
