Ordered a pair of shoes two weeks ago which I never received due to an issue with the carrier. For one, Aerosoles is hard to communicate with as they no longer accept phone calls, you have to fill out an online form and wait for a response. They don't even have a live chat option where you can actually have a conversation with someone. The shoes never arrived and they provided a refund. The shoes are still in stock in my size so I'm confused why they could not send a replacement (they didn't even ask). I then sent a message back asking if I can reorder the shoes at the original price I paid. Anytime this has happened with another company they have offered to do this without me even asking. It's just good customer service. Instead they said no, the promo is over. Obviously it's over, but i never received my item. I could understand if I wanted to buy a completely unrelated new item, but I am just looking to get the shoes I originally ordered. Very frustrating and poor experience. I won't be ordering from them again.
