I ordered a pair of nike air max trainers size 9 and they came the wrong colour and size. I wrote a support ticket asking to exchange they said they sent another pair immediately. I waited for over two weeks and they never came. I then wrote yet another one and they said they had sent some more but they still never turned up. I then said i would like to be refunded because in the beginning they charged me more than it stated in the first place, my order came to £55 and they charged me £60. They said they had refunded it to my bank account and please allow upto 4 working days for it to be complete. I waited and waited and wrote more support tickets but the money never arrived and they stopped replying to me. DO NOT USE THIS SITE AT ALL THEY A RIP OFF MERCHANTS AND THEIFS I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYBODY USE THEM AS YOU WILL NOT BE SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER/PURCHASE. I GAVE THEM AMPLE OPPOURTUNITY TO RETURN MY MONEY OR SEND SOME MORE TRAINERS. BEWARE!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! When I paid for these I paid in US dollars which I was lead to believe they're American, trust me there not in fact they're Chinese then they took £58·20 from my card when my receipt and invoice both say £55·00. Then they say they delivery is 3-8 business days... complete rubbish. I didn't get my tracking number until a week after I purchased them. The man I spoke to just fobbed me until I spoke to parcelforce after my parcel had arrived in to the UK and she told me that customs check every single parcel that comes to the UK and customs can hold any item up to 20 days from outside EU especially items coming from China. When I rang the guy at 'customer service' he didn't have anything to say apart from stutter and when they did arrive... They weren't the ones I ordered and they are fakes!
