The uniti picked was not the unit I ordered. This web site is horrible and they should be reported t the BBB. The unit I received looked like a matted mess of doll hair, that you wear at a Halloween Party. After trying several times to reach them, they refused to send me a returned address. This company is deceptive not saying the least. I was given the wrong wig for sure. Please Ladies and gents, don't waste your money.

This site is a scam. A effing scam. The wigs are terrible to say the least. No lace in site but all of their pics show lace. Hair quality is trash and cheap. And they use fake reviews on their site. Then they want the customer to pay to return the trash $#*! wigs (to discourage you from returning).

Bought 4 hair pieces for a friend, fortunately I paid through PayPal! When she received them, the whole order was wrong, they even sent a duplicate hair piece, that was not even ordered! When I emailed them regarding the total wrong order, they said what's the difference, send photographic proof. They would not supply there address, so I could return the totally wrong items, but kept sending emails of which did not contain there address! Finally, I got PayPal involved, via their resolution centre, then the company offered me $40.00 the original order was $94.00. I had already got the address via PayPal putting pressure on this company. I had already posted there items back, prior to there miserable offer. Paypal, refunded the who $94.00 back, however it cost me £26.00 in postage. If you are going to deal with this company, please pay via PayPal, or you will never get your money back. Personally, I will never use this company again, and I suggest no else does, unless they want too loose there money

They advised their hair as Brazilian hair why it is synthetic. Please don't waste your money. If you need synthetic buy it from your local store than waiting for more than one month just for a synthetic hair. I bought hair from them and end up throwing it to the bin.

It's definitely not what's advertised! It's synthetic hair not human. It has no band at all. It's just trash! Don't waste your time and money!

Hi Folks. This company is a SCAM. I didn't order anything. But when I searched their site and they didn't have an address this sent red flags to me. Do your research before you buy anything in this life. There are lots of companies from China and othe foreign places doing this with clothes, shoes and many other products. Advertising nice, beautiful looking items which turn out to be very poor quality, ugly and defective when your item arrives.Do not purchase any products from China site unseen. If it's too good to be true it is. Most high quality wigs are st least $150 and up. So how do you expect to get a bargain of one and more at $29? Leave those Chinese sites alone and stick to local shops, or Amazon or items from companies located in America.

I have purchased a wig which if of low quality and has refused to give me a refund. I will ask that she be stop from sell products that are not quality to customers.
