I ordered a power ranger shirt for my sons birthday party and I ordered it at the beginning or march and never received it and now its the middle of april! I'm so disappointed... Ive tried several times to call and email and never can get threw to anyone. All i want is my money back! I'm reporting this company to the bbb. I cant believe that they can even have a business like this. There whole site is a scam and there testimonials are FAKE! Screw this company and I better get my freaking money back!

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered a custom T-Shirt for my son's 2nd Birthday March 14,2012, today is April 18th 2012. I have no shirt, and no refund, and have never gotten an email or phone call back from my many emails and calls inquiring about this. My next step I guess is to file a complaint with my credit card company! How can this company still be in business?

Ordered (2) t-shirts on 3/16/12 for a grandchilds birthday. Contacted them on 3/28/12 to find out shipping information. They then debited my account and said it would be 4-7 days. I sent (3) more emails inquiring to the whereabouts of this product. All three were ignored. It is now 4/21/12 and I have not received the merchandise or a refund. I implore anyone reading this DO NOT order from this company. I have been on the internet searching about them and can only find other NUMEROUS complaints that say the same thing. They are a scam. You will not get a product and you will be charged!

This website is a total scam! I ordered my sons first birthday shirt on february 25 for a party on April 14. It is now may 17. I was also charged on february 27. I have never heard from the company at all. I sent dozens of emails and called several times. There were 2 weeks straight when their phones were disconnected! Once the phones were back up they were having personal days and after that they were SO BUSY that I could not talk to a person ad sent to leave a message. Not to mention the phone call was cut off before I could leave a message. I luckily have a wonderful bank that refund my money and is doing an investigation into this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! OBVIOUSLY A SCAM! I ordered a shirt for my son's 3rd birthday and his day has come and gone with NO SHIRT and NO RESPONSE to my many emails. I have tried calling the customer service number a million times without being able to reach anyone or leave a message. HOW ARE THEY STILL ABLE TO OPERATE?! I will be reporting them!

Well sorry to all of you who have had a bad experience with this company i ordered a princess bday shirt for my daughters bday and i got it in time for her party and the quality of the shirt was excellent i will definitely order again from allpersonallyyours.com in the future for my other children as well.

I ordered birthday invitations for my son's second birthday on June 22. It is now July 14 and I never received the invitations despite multiple phone calls and emails to the company. They never had the decency to contact me as to where the invites were. I searched long and hard for the party invites and thought this site was reputable. Needless to say I disputed the purchase with PayPal and within 2 days my money was refunded. This site is a scam... DO NOT USE!

I ordered a shirt for my son's 1st birthday party. His party is this wkend and I still havent recieved the shirt. Im so upset right now. I tried calling the customer service number and it has been disconnected and I also have emailed them twice. No reponse back to me. My credit card has been charged for the amount of the shirt. Now reading all the posts on this review,, it makes me mad that I didnt see this before I ordered from this website. So anybody looking to order anything from PERSONALLY YOURS,, dont do it!

I placed an order April 15 and still havent received anything. I've send numerous emails and tried calling many times but i get no answer. I did get an apology for the delay and a $5 coupon. I'm so upset I wish I would've done some research on this website.

Do NOT! Order from this company! I placed an order for my sons personalized birthday shirt 3 weeks ago and i still haven't received anything. Their phone does not work so theirs no way to get in contact with them and on top of that they don't give you a tracking number. The worst customer assitance when i called the first time the line got disconnected after that i tried numerous of phone calls to only end up to a automated voice stating that their inbox was full. After sending them about five emails which they never responded to not one until the last one which i wrote if they didnt send me my package i would report them to the fraud department. Theirs no way to get a refund since you can't speak to anyone or cancel the order.

I'm going through the same thing! I wish I'd seen this site before placing my order. I can't get through to their number. I've sent multiple emails and now I don't have time to order from anyone else! THANKS for ruining the one thing I wanted to do special for my daughter's birthday!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a t-shirt for my son's 2nd birthday on August 9 and it is now September 6 and have not received the t-shirt yet, I'm very upset my son's birthday was last weekend I thought that was plenty of time, I guess not. I have tried calling and emailing them no response. I will never order from them again. I'm trying to get a refund now. Super disappointed I thought I had found a great company to order birthday supplies from, but I was WRONG!

Worst customer service ever! I called before placing an order because it was about 2 weeks from when I needed it. I asked the person if I ordered that day with express shipping if it would be guaranteed to be there on the day that I needed it. Needless to say - it didn't show. I called and they said that the package would not show up the next day (the actual day of my son's birthday party) because it was still sitting in their warehouse even though they had sent out emails earlier in the week saying that it had shipped. When I asked about the emails - they said that's just what they did. She said that she would cancel the order and refund the money. Well the shirt showed up the next day a few hours after the party and they have never issued me a refund or responded to my emails. Will never order from here again. Should have gone with the etsy dealer choice.

I had the same problem. Do not order from this company. Same problem. Ordered my son 1st birthday Tshirt. Never got it. Birthday was saturday and i emailed and no response. How pathetic of a company to do this. DONT ORDER...!

On March 24,2012 I ordered 17 t-shirts and two packs of stickers for my son's first birthday party ($190.09). I did not receive a confirmation e-mail and checked with my bank to see if the order had gone through. My account showed the charges pending so I emailed All Personally Yours to let them know that I did not receive an order number or confirmation e-mail and asked them to resend it. I also called the number on the web site and got a recording that the phone number was out of service. I then googled the company and found several web sites with hundreds of complaints against this company. The following Monday I called my bank and tried to cancel the order, I was unable to file a dispute because the funds were still pending and hadn't yet been taking out of my account. I sent several more emails to All Personally Yours (all un answered) and filed a complaint with the BBB. That Wednesday the charge was not showing at all on my account and I thought that they had canceled my order as I requested in my emails or in response to my complaint with the BBB. Two weeks later April 9,2012, I was checking my bank account on line and saw that All Personally yours was attempting to debit my account again. I contacted my bank again and this time was able to file a dispute, also at the recommendation of the fraud department at my bank I had to cancel my card so that they would not be able to access my account again. I am still waiting for the bank to finish it's investigation and as of right now I am still out $190.09. All so when I place the original order I had added in the not section that I would need the shirts for April 15,2012 it is now April 14,2012 and no shirts/stickers! I really wish I had seen all so these reviews before I placed my order! I can't believe that this company is still allowed to do business! Shameful

Ordered shirt on Feb 1. Called about order on the 9th. Told they had issues and were backed up and that my my shirt would be mailed on Friday. I said I needed the shirt by Tuesday. Promised it would arrive... it has not and no one answers emails or phone! Next call is to my cc company!

I want to warn all those who are thinking about purchasing from this online business. On April 7,2011, I ordered a personalized tshirt and stickers for my son's 1st Birthday Party. I did see a review online from another mom warning not to buy from allpersonallyyours.com but I didn't think much since I have shop online many times from many vendors and never had a problem. I should have listen to that review. To make my story short, I waited and waited for my order from allpersonallyyours.com and it never arrived for my son's birthday. It was really sad because I had ordered a baby Elmo shirt for my son to wear at his Sesame Street party. I kept emailing them for the UPS tracking number but they never bothered to email me back, with the tracking number. I got skeptical that they even shipped my of
Rder as stated in their emails that it was shipped. Long story short, I didn't get my order until May 2,2011. They sent me 3 emails on three seperate dates telling me that my order has shipped and will be arriving mid April. They lied. My son's birthday came and went. I had to request Paypal to demand a tracking number from allpersonallyyours.com for my order since it was so late. Their
Website clearly states that it takes 2-4 days for processing of order and 7-10 days for shipping. They obviously under delivered. I wrote them the very last time to ask for a refund on my orders since I no longer have a use for their products and that they lied about the shipping. I did not hear back from them. I am warning everyone about their shady business conduct so no one has to go through what I did.

This is the worst company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Unfortunately I did not review the company until now. I looked at so many other companies trying to decide on a cute shirt for my son's 1st bday and finally decided to use this one. This friday will make a month and I have received 1 email stating my order will ship in 4-7days, which was 3wks ago. I have tried to call MULTIPLE times and email without a response. This is a horrible company! The worst part is that the memories that you hope to have are never made because this company does not come through on it's promise. They should not be allowed to continue. I am also going to write the BBB.

I placed my order over the phone, because I was purchasing a few items and they were all personalized I wanted to make sure everything would be correct. Customer service was very helpful and understanding with all of my questions. By reading the other reviews I was a little skeptical of the company. But after talking with customer service and viewing the cute products I decided to take a chance on the company. I was so glad I did! I am unsure of the delay the company had from the other reviews in January but my order was placed February 3rd and I received my order shortly after. I loved all of the items and I will recommend the company to friends and family. I will also be back in the future. Thanks Personally Yours!

I don't understand how this company is in business... almost seems like it's a scam... I ordered a personallized teeshirt for my son's birthday... I ordered on March 6th, on March 12th the $19.22 was taken from my account... on March 26th i received an email saying the shirt was in transit... on march 29th i emailed asked to speak with someone since i didn't receive the shirt and my son's party was on april 1st... NEVER RECIEVED!... it is now APRIL 25th, I NEVER got the shirt, a phone call back, an email NOTHING! This is probably the worst company on the internet...

I placed my order on April 1st for my daughters birthday on April 15th, and I was very afraid due to the fact that I ordered the party pack and a birthday tutu set and I was only allowing the company 2 weeks to get my order to me. I WAS VERY PLEASED WHEN MY ENTIRE ORDER ARRIVED APRIL 13th! I was very surprised by the quick service. And more importantly my daughter loved her tutu, and the party guests loved everything. allpersonallyyours.com helped me be the biggest hit EVER! And today I placed my order for my younger daughter's birthday in July! I love this site and everything they helped me accomplish!
