We bought a warranty for two wall ovens purchased in 2020. One had needed parts and we had to buy them instead of the company covering them. Plus when calling the company more than once I got put on hold multiple times because the CS agents did not know their job or the policy rules. So if you buy appliances, don't buy a warranty from Allstate Protection Plans, they are a joke.

This is the most dishonest insurance company out there. We made a claim for severe water damage. They OFFERED us emergency service for water removal. Then called back after the work had been done to say we didn't have coverage for it so sorry. It had been my Moms policy who had passed away so we figured she was covered. They NEVER said at your cost etc. what a bunch of liars and the words say your in good hands NOPE your in liars hands with mouths that spew words of we do everything for you when what you are really getting is NOTHING for your money! Buyer beware find someone that gives a damn because these people DON'T!

In regards to my home owners policy, i thought I was covered and in "Good Hands", but apparently, I was wrong. After years of frequent storms and wind damage, my roof has started leaking, damaging my ceiling and leaking into my house. After having an adjuster come out and assess our claim, we are being told that Allstate will only replace missing roofing shingles, which will only cause more damage, and require multiple claims and multiple deductibles. My roof is over 15 years old. I have been a loyal customer with my house and cars for over 15 years. Looks like we may have to seek legal representation to make things right.
