I purchased an item from Almina Concept that didn't work out. I returned the brand new item (with tags attached) back within 24 hours and received confirmation that they received the item. I'm more than 1 month out and they are not refunding my money back. What's worse is they claim that they refunded my money. I would never recommend this business to anyone. They lie to their customers and have zero integrity.
I'm mildly convinced this business is a scam, placed an order and never received it, customer service passed the buck to the shipping company who I also couldn't get in contact with, and then in follow up emails refused to respond, they also deleted my comments on instagram when I tried to contact them there, after they wouldn't respond to my emails. Do not buy anything from this business.

Unfortunately I didn't check bad reviews for this company before I ordered from them. It's been a week since according to them my order shipped. They provided tracking USPS number. Says it's been picked up by partner shipping company OSM which has horrible reviews. Contacted OSM. Got an email that they never picked my package. USPS status hasn't changed in a week. So I have a feeling I will not get my order. Just stay away from them if you don't want to deal with headache tracking your package and wondering if you ever get it.
They're site offers returns but they will only give you a giftcard instead of a refund. This detail is not mentioned beforehand on their site.
