Booking #XKHIYD. The airlines cancelled my ticket in August 2020 due to Covid-19, I have contacted Alrehlat many times requesting for the refund, but they were always giving a reason they have not received the ticket refund from the Airline.
I have contacted the Airline and they have confirmed that the money is already deposited into Alrehlat account at the time of cancelation, after that only and after showing that the money is deposited into their account, they admit they have received my money.
After that I have contacted Alrehlat three times and every time they are telling me 'we are pleased to process your refund, but the refund will take 60 days", seems Alrehalt has their own special calendar which started from the customer call, these 60 days are unlimited which will start from every time you call.
Here they may again respond forwarded to department, will do on priority and blah blah. But they are professional paid liars.
Keep your hard-earned money away from these robbers please.

The worst experience in my life is dealing with this company
I have a request for a refund from April 2022 until today, and I received an email that within 14 working days, the amounts will be refunded in my account from October 2022, and now we are in mid-December, and the amounts have not arrived, and there is no explanation for the delay
So I advise everyone not to deal with this company

Unfortunately, this is the first time I booked an airline ticket with ALREHLAT, and it lacked the professionalism and credibility of the after-sales experience when I informed them via their email 4 days before the flight date that I would not be able to travel due to illness and high body temperature in order to avoid transmitting the infection to my work colleagues, travelers, and my family, and I followed the treatment protocol at home with the appropriate medications. I requested a refund of the value of the travel ticket, expecting a small discount. After I followed up with them a few days later, they responded to me with a refund of about $51 of the price paid. When I tried to cooperate on the second day, they sent the final response by paying $6 of the ticket price ($273). When I contacted the airline, they informed me that the maximum penalty was About $70 and I have to contact Alrehlat as the third broker. I learned about their impossible refund conditions after requesting that the traveler must have died or bring an official certificate from the doctor in case of extreme illness approved by the hospital. What is funny is that when I offered to change travel days, they asked me to pay ($356), knowing that I bought my ticket for Christmas, that is, at the height of the travel season. The proposed amendment was for the month of February
