Great customer service. Ambry had exactly the part that I needed when no one else had it in stock.

Talk about great service! We had a memory stick fail in an older server and Ambry was the only company that we could find that actually had the part in stock and was able to get it delivered next day. They restored my faith in customer service. Thank you very much and I will be recommending you.

What I do not understand is why dell does not stock their own old parts for their PCs. I called dell for a repair and they said they no longer stock the part but I could search online and find the part through 3rd party companies. WTF? I found ambry and thank the heavens they carried the part. I don't understand why dell doesn't bother with this but I am glad ambry exists to sell it to me and for a really good price.

Absolutely terrible service! A complete disconnect between their sales department and warehouse. I called them three days in a row after they said they would call me back to find out what the hold up on the shipping of my order. They blamed the late shipping on their warehouse five day's after I purchase the item. When they did get in contact with the warehouse they said they didn't have the part in after I had paid for 3 day shipping and it was listed as in stock on Ambry's website. It get's worse. I finally received the much needed replacement product for work almost two weeks later and it was the wrong part. They're still listing the correct product number on the company's website but shipping the wrong items. When I called them yet again to rectify the situation all they could say was, please return it and we'll give you a refund. No attemp to find the correct product I need or an apology, just spend some more money sir, #%&! Off. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WHITH THIS COMPANY!
