American Screening Corporation offers fantastic items and top-notch customer support. The ASC team is outstanding! They truly go above and above what is required to guarantee that even a little client like myself receives top shelf service! I always get a confirmation email that includes my tracking information. Their products are always of the best quality.
Unexplained delays in shipping (>5 weeks) while charging your card, no responsiveness to phone calls/emails/faxes, shipped to address that I requested changed, tracking system inaccurate, chat service incompetent and useless. Posted responses on BBB site are useless and canned. I will avoid any contact with this company in the future and strongly advise anybody to look elsewhere for supplies and testing.
Fast shipping and we got the result back in 2 days. It was pricey but we wanted the most accurate one. A little confusing at first but they gave very detail instructions.
I wrote a review previously complaining that I never received my thermometer, but it has finally arrived. Ordered 4/22, delivered 7/13. To be fair, it does seem like a good quality thermometer. The company told me that it was currently in stock at the time I ordered it and I assumed it would be delivered in a timely manner. They have a business address in Shreveport Louisiana, but this is a Chinese company. My order came from China and was repackaged and mailed from Louisiana. Not a scam maybe, but not an honest business either. I wouldn't use them again.
Product ordered 4/5/20. Over the next few months, received multiple partial shipments with substitutions. Majority of product arrived 9/28/20.
Try using the "SPECIAL INQUIRY" email instructions described in response to other reviews. It actually got a quick response and an adequate resolution to my problem.
I have no intention of ever ordering from this company again.

I had a very negative review for this company on this platform a few weeks ago for a delayed refund for which I started to believe this was the scam, but now I would like to share some positive information based on my personal experience. I feel good service should be recognized even if they are not perfect yet.
With the much help of the platform of sitejabber.com, The customers service representatives at American Screening Corp had reached out to me and eventually fully refunded my money. Their recent customer service could get 5 star. I want to thank everyone at Sitejabber and American Screening Corp who had worked hard to get the problem resolved. NOT SCAM.

I order $1000 in products back in February I received an order confirmation 2 weeks later, I got an email saying that my order was on backorder and don't know when it will be shipped, I try to cancel my order, email, call everything. Now the lines are disconnected, the chat says they are not in service, emails never got responded. Worst scammers low life pigs, living from stealing peoples money.

This is a fraudulent company. They take your order, never send a product then refuse to respond. Don't purchase anything here! You won't see your money or product
UPDATE- I would like to say this company did the right thing and made me whole. They contacted me, got proof, and then sent me my entire order. I think the pandemic has really affected businesses from workers, to shipping. I am grateful to them for doing the right thing. Thank you American Screening. I was seriously losing faith in people.
