I purchased a lawnmower that was delivered on September 28,2022. It developed some issues (won't start when hot) and on June 21,2023 the plastic casing broke. I cannot use the lawnmower anymore because the blade is touching the ground. The item supposed to come with 3-year warranty, but when I called *******458, a customer service number, I was on hold for 40 minutes and had to hang up.
P.S.
A few weeks later customer service rep got back to me and directed me to a service center. So, I changed the rating from 1 to 2 stars. The product is still junk.
Apparently, the cost of repair was higher than the purchase price, so I got a full refund. So, I changed the rating from 2 to 3 stars. The product is still junk, though.
