Was a bit nervous as read these reviews after placing my order, but my order arrived correctly and they did answer every email I sent, I will order from them again with no problems their prices were better than every where else

Ordered some goods last week and they state 24 hours delivery (not) still haven't received however i did make a mistake on postcode tried to call them several times goes to answer machine and obviously they don't call back, sent several emails obviously they don't reply and they have a message service online which surprise surprise is always offline. Don't order anything wasting your money i've wasted mine.

I am a new customer to amourrocks.com and did not see the reviews. I spent £65 on my first order hotfix stones. They debited the funds and did not deliver the order until 3 days later. I had phone and emailed them repeatedly but only got an answer machine message. I was happy when the stones finally arrived but they stones were not the sizes i ordered, so i paid more for the larger sizes but was sent smaller sizes. I ran out of stones and ordered some more before i saw the bad reviews on site, by then i spent another £80 on stones. I ordered last week Friday and await delivery now. I would be very unhappy if they are not sent as money is tight and i need to finish a job to earn more. I will definitely not order from this site again and will only use trusted sites from now on.

Placed a very simple order for rhinestones. They were not received, so telephoned and emailed, no response. Goods eventually arrived after about 3-4 weeks, by which time I'd had to buy locally at premium prices because goods were required for a specified date. I returned the goods, unopened. NO REFUND. NO REPLIES TO EMAILS OR TEL. CALLS. DON'T GO NEAR THIS WEB SITE!

Very interesting after leaving a message on the answerphone that I would report them the stones arrived yesterday, there is no posting date on it so I can't be sure but the fact that so many people have had problems and they don't answer the phone or e-mail I still won't use them again, I like to be able to keep in touch

This site just takes your money and runs. I purchased hotfix stones in december and im still waiting on delivery even though they took the payment for them. Have contacted them on a number of occassions and never got a reply and they don't answer the phone either! I have contacted my bank and they have cancelled my bank card as they are not happy with they way this company operates. They will also be reported to trading standards they should not be allowed to trade. I would advise not to purchase from this site.

No faults with amourrocks, they delivered all the items i brought both times, they took 2 days to answer my emails, i would recommend amourrocks to anyone and i am an avid and cautious shopper online

Fraud - just to let you people know, I suspect this site to be a fake one, we have brought a pair of jeans costing around the £50 mark, and never recieved them. No phone calls were answered, no emails were answered and now it looks as if their inbox is full... wonder why? BEWARE
