“Excellent Customer Service”

Let me start by saying the first experience was not the greatest as I was charged rush shipping when I didn't ask for it. The second time my shipping cost was waved because of the bad experience the first time. There was a dressed ready to ship and I got it in 3 days. This was for my 48th birthday and my outfit was absolutely stunning. Angel Brinks has a customer for life so God I ask you to cover her so she can be around for years to come. Thank you Whoever took my order, you are a true Queen and an asset to the company and brand.

Horrible customer service. I won't get into details until my process is complete but what I can say for sure is that the service reps (yes more then one) is very unprofessional and rude as hell. I will come back to give a complete review when every issue I have with them is resolved (if it becomes resolved in time).

Paid 700.00 for dress. Dress had a hole in front with studs falling off. I also paid for customization which dress was not custom. Manager didn't want to compensate me and hung up in my face, it's going on a week and half. No communication and damage dress for my 40th. Disappointing

I searched for an evening gown to attend a gala. The gown I picked gave specific instructions saying it could take up to 15 working days before it is even shipped; so they do give plenty of warning. I needed it within 15 days and live in the Caribbean (they are based in LA), so I was worried it may not make the day of the gala. After being able to call and speak to a really nice gentleman, who had to call me back after he was able to get some solid answers for me regarding the shipping process, I was confident in Angelbrinks.com due to the level of customer service. I happily received my gown within 10 days (so it left LA well before the 15 days they warned about waiting). Very happy with them, and recommend them as an online fashion merchant.

Michelle one of the customer service Representatives was rude as hell to me and nonchalant. When you order from this website it says to leave notes at the check out box and to call if I had any questions or special requests. So when I asked if I can receive stretchy classy dresses that are knee and mid length. She told be about how on the gift bag orders it's special selected and we basically have to get what they choose for us. I told her I was pregnant and my birthday was coming just to give me a courtesy you know. I want to be comfortable not wearing not mini dresses with cutouts in the stomach and back. Before i could ask how long does shipping take for ready to ship items she already hung up on me! At this point I'm livid and appalled. I have spent a lot of money numerous of times for special occasions and to feel disrespected like this makes me not want to order anything again or suggest my family and friends to order at all as well. It's the principle. Show your customers kindness and respect! What pisses me off if I can't fit the items I'm out of luck because they don't do refunds or exchange at all on final sale items. SMH... I'll have to resale the items which is ridiculous. Do better on customer service your bougie workers need to be fired! Period

Tip for consumers:
If your not sure on your size don't order ....clothing runs small

I was excited to purchase the Tteris dress for a Mardi Gras ball in New Orleans. The dress finally came and I was very disappointed. The material is extremely cheap. Dress SUPER MUSKY in both armpits. According to the website all dresses are made to order. Obviously someone wore the one I received. I will never ever order again.

Last month I purchased a dress from Angel Brinks for my birthday photoshoot. The second time I tried it on the zipper broke. I emailed Angel Brinks & the representative recommended I go to a tailor & have it repaired. For a $175 dress to malfunction after only being worn for max 3-5 minutes is ridiculous. The representative continued to say that because my first "try on" had no issues my other option was to send it back to be fixed for a fee. She insisted that all items are inspected so therefore I guess there is NEVER a problem. The representative was very rude, showed no empathy, and blamed me for the zipper. I looked up to this brand & Angel too but for them not to offer me a credit/discount was extremely disappointing. Only thing I'm grateful for is that the dress didn't rip the day of my photoshoot because I would have been out of the studio fee bc I wouldn't have anything else to wear.

After sending dozens of emails to nudge a shipment for my reception it arrives a day before. I'm so happy i bough a back up dress.THERE IS NO WAY THIS QUALITY IS WORTH 400+. I feel so jiped. The mesh looks like it's been cut with a kitchen knife. The dress smells. Im just angry and i feel hopeless. Stop just selling anything smh

Angel would get 0 Stars if I could do so. I purchased the Webbed (Black). This was not what I got. I got a solid black cheaply made garmet. Worst than the China outfits. I tried my best to support USA/Black businesses but for me to write a review says alot. Angel took down the black webbed outfit once I complained and told me I was told that I would get solid black. I have email reciepts also. This S^&# was almost $300. Liz (manager) was the worst. You can never get her on the phone. I got a custom design. LOL and was told I had to sign a no refund agreement or exchange. What they dont tell you is they will send you trash and you can't dispute they workmanship of their product. Since you sign the agreement you cant dispute Angel's Brink Craftmanship I sent it back and guess what they returned the package. Trust me Jackie Christie on Basketball Wives was correct Angel Brinks clothes are cheaply made. The beauty supply stores and amazon Halloween Costumes are made better than this line and the cost is less than $30 Please don't support her. Rip off.

I wish Angel Brinks had honest reviews on her website. She is such a typical CA fraud

I only received store credit when I had to return my birthday dress because it was not what I expected. Then when I used my store credit, I got tired of returning items because they were extremely too small, so I just started giving the stuff away. Won't ever shop there again.

No where on return policy does it state no refund…. Only store credit. However under site policy it states that…. Who looks under site policy and not the return policy! Needless to say the cheaply made products I have no interest in purchasing so I have a store credit I will never use!

You know you are selling some Bs material clothes, labels... And... All the way down to the stitching... STOP... You need to be ashamed of yourself... Then your rep that answer the phone fast talking people... Act like I rip the dress... and put the holes in it... GuhlBye... Go have 2 seats... My family own dry cleaners here in Detroit MI, all my life... And I know quality clothes... These clothes are not that... Take this brand, that label and... these clothes and roll them down the nearest hill.

The unprofessional manner in which the Angel Brinks customer service representative handled me today was beyond reprehensible I don't think that I've ever felt so disrespected. After admitting that they did not properly disclose how long my item will take to ship, they refused to cancel my order.
After placing my order on September 14th, I waited for shipping information that has still not come as of September 27th. I explained to them that I was not comfortable with this any longer and I would need to cancel the order since the item has not been shipped.
The representative repeatedly cut me off and treated me as if I was an annoyance for even asking questions. I was very excited about this purchase and I'm disappointed that I have now spent my money somewhere where I am not valued. I Realize that no one probably care about my feelings at this company but at least I would've spoken my piece
Please be aware of what you're buying and who you're buying it from. If it doesn't matter to you how you're treated- proceed and wait however long it takes. It may be worth it to you

This is not an you get what you pay for type deal. You pay more money for average/ cheap clothes. I would not recommend

Products are overpriced and low quality. I paid $90 and to my surprise received a $20 dress that looked like it came from Rainbow. I also received a defective $170 dress where the seams were coming loose but they claim to be seamstresses and make their products. Yeah right! It ook numerous emails and calls before I could get any progress on my return. Beware if something is wrong you can not get your money back. Go with another company with better business practices and merchandise

It would be perfect if there werent airbrushed boobs. Its my fault for not reading the fine print. I thought the boobs on the model belonged to her. Its very clearly seen airbrushed boobs in person. I cant go out in public with airbrushed boobs on my clothes. Money wasted. May wear it for halloween because the rest of it is sexy. I could cry because it really would be so perfect if not for the boob part.

Does take a very long time to process & ship so it didnt come in time for the party I needed it for (although I still wouldnt have worn it due to boobs) the website gives fair warning of the time it takes, however, & I was cutting it too close. The customer service was pretty good when I called it. Honestly everything would have been pretty perfect if it wasnt for these dang airbrushed boobs! Uuuughhhhhhhhhhh!

Tip for consumers:
Read the fine print. Dont order based on pictures with models.

I recently purchased the Fiona white dress & 1st let me say it fit to my curves perfectly. I placed the order on a Friday & got my purchase on that Tuesday, with email updates along the way! Only thing I would say is I wish they had more available sizes (besides the point) but overall, I'm very pleased & can't wait for my next purchase!
