If you own property in State College, Pa. Stay away from ARPM.
They do not take responsibility for the problems caused by them. They promise to rent your properties but are not very good at that. They do not communicate well with you regarding property problems. There management and repair fees are pricey.
They do not respond to your requests and don't reply to emails or phone calls.
If your current properties are managed by them or you are looking for a property management company I suggest you look elsewhere.
