Same here. They sell duplicate stuff for real price. I spend more than $100 on shoes and when returned back as did not like the product and small shoe size. Still after few months of back and forth no refund back. Customer service very poor as English is not their first language. They keep you hanging by sending emails that we have send your request to this/that department. Check with us in few weeks. Who does that? I have lost cost of shoes plus paid S&H as well for return. Nothing came back. When they charge your credit, they also send the confirmation in email listing your credit card number which is a security violation. I did cancel my card for this very reason. Most important to remember their products are FAKE.

I purchased 2 pairs of boots on this website using their sizing guidelines. Both pairs came back too small (oddly since i always purchase the same size in uggs). When I sent them back for a bigger size, I had to pay $50 in shipping to ChINA!. They sent me the new boots, but wanted a refund the shipping, since it was not my fault their product was too small. When i received the boots, they seemed ok, until a week later all the buttons fell off one of the boots! I called them directly and they hung up repeatedly and finally shut the phone off! I then continued emailing them requesting a refund for the shipping and for the damages. I had to pay 25 dollars to get the buttons re-enforced on both boots because they were all loose and would eventually fall off completely. I have sent about 10-15 emails since december, but nothing has been done.! They are teh worst website ever. And to think they advertise as authentic uggs! So outraged!
Complete rip off! Charged my credit card immediately... no shoes, no tracking information as promised... nothing but emails saying to take it easy in broken english... site is in china. Sells counterfeits... posts logos for encruption, mcafee, etc... total scam! BEWARE!
