As others have experienced, ordered a pair of trainers from this site which have arrived today and are clearly not a genuine product. Will try to contact them to see if I can obtain a refund, but at the very least will no doubt have to pay for return postage from UK to China, and suspect there will still be no guarantees of getting my money back. What's most disappointing is that they were advertised on a well known reportuable site (kicksonfire.com), so I didn't even bother checking before I bought. Wish I had though!

I strongly warn against autobotshop.com. I ordered two pair of boots but got just one - the wrong one. The other pair didn't arrive at all. I asked for a refund but it is for vain. They are forcing me to choose different pair and making out excuses why it is not possible to get a refund. I don' t know what to do to get things right. The only thing I want to do is warn consumers. Howncan I do it? Is there an association which deals with net fraud? Thankl you. Petra, Czech Rep., Europe

They sent me something fake. I asked for refund, they told me to send the sneakers back to China and pay for the return shipping cost first, they would credit me back for the shipping cost. I was so angry and upset because I want something
Authentic, they brought me a lot of trouble. I paid USD $40.00 for the shipping, but they finally refused to give me money back for the return shipping. I tried to reach them by email, but they did not reply me. Don't deal with such unreliable online store, they are cheating consumers, I lost $40.00 and much time.
