I ordered some costumes online but it doesnt specify sizes so after i placed my online order I emailed the suggested customer support *******@autumce.com to ask how would I know what sizes are being prepared for my order and received the following response, "Hello, the order is still being prepared, the tracking number will be issued later, please wait patiently, thank you. Have a good week." What does the tracking number have to do with the sizes? So I emailed again and received the same response "Hello, the order is still being prepared, the tracking number will be issued later, please wait patiently, thank you.
Have a good week." TERRIBLE SERVICE. I just wanted to know what sizes are coming in my order and Spirit cant even do that.
