I bought two computers from Avaxos, I've only set one up so far. But it runs like a dream. Fantastically packaged, easy to follow instructions, simple setup.
The website process is excellent. Having the feedback before you buy, of whether your components are compatible is absolutely necessary. Especially if you're new to/overwhelmed by the myriad computer parts.
Delivery was as estimated on the site, feedback on the build was accurate and useful.

Avaxos built my previous PC which served me well for 4 years. Never had a single problem with it in that entire time. Naturally, when I decided to get a new one, it only made sense to use them again. It looks great, works great, no issues so far and I've had it for coming up to almost 2 months. If you pick parts that don't work together, they do a quick check to let you know, which is super helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

I had some issues with long delivery times BUT the customer service completely made up for this. Very quick replies with detailed info on my queries. Great!

Great website, easy to design the PC build and useful advice and tips such as recommended PSU wattage. After ordering, the order was in processing and pre-production stages for a couple of weeks without much update (my only negative from the experience). Once the build started, it was quite quick to be built, dispatched and arrive. The PC itself meets every expectation I had, very happy with it, would definitely recommend.

Whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Picking the parts was a lot of fun, usually I buy pre builds so the customisation was awesome. The team kept me informed throughout and let me know everything I asked. Was delivered the day after they sent it out and it arrived. Things an absolute beast of a laptop. I'll give it that it isn't the best looking thing. But spec for spec it was nearly $1000 cheaper then any of the pre builds. I would recommend this site to anyone. Thanks

Bought a PC for my son. Ordering was super easy, delivery was smooth and well communicated.
I'm not a PC guy, never owned one, (Mac user) so was a little worried incase anything didn't make sense setting it up on xmas day, but it was very easy and everything seems to work perfectly! Only problem I've encountered is getting my son off the thing!

Arrived packaged well, my only negative was it took longer than expected from order to being delivered. But after emailing I was informed of the delays. Great service

Easy to use website, regular progress updates during the build and delivered before estimated date. Well packaged for delivery to ensure safe transit. Has functioned brilliantly straight out of the box. If I had to search for a negative, I'm used to the 0 key on the numpad being double sized so the normal size 0 is taking some getting used to.

This is my 3rd computer from Avaxos, 2 laptops and one Tower over 3 years.
The products have all been fantastic, the oldest laptop is still playing recent games fine. The configuration process for the gaming tower was brilliant, it lets you know which components are and are not compatible. We did have to get one out of warranty repair, and the process there was really good. The deliveries happen when they say they will, you can track on the website or via UPS.

I know nothing about what parts I need to build a gaming pc. So I rang avaxos, and built a pc on the phone with one of there advisers. It was delivered in 7 days which is 3 days quicker than they estimated me. It handles every game with ease, and the graphics are immense. Would definitely recommend and use again

I needed a new computer set up that was tailored towards my specific needs rather than having the new model that catered towards everything.
Avaxos was straight forward to use, went a bit over my head as a new user, the pricing was fair, and the delivery time was great. Arrived in excellent condition too, and I'm very pleased with my computer now. Great job!

Backorder of L7 miner delivered on time. Easy to choose. Excellent delivery and customer service for a confusion on my part. Dealt with very quickly by email. System works fine and enjoying my experience

I had to pay almost €300 in unexpected customs fees. The website had a.ie address and charged me in euro - leading me to believe it was coming from or set-up as a European delivery. Avaxos apologised for the error but directed me to their Ts+Cs and refused to support me any further. So I had to pay an additional 30% for my laptop, which is a huge amount of money extra.

The desktop PC is now working well and I am pleased with it. The delivery was nearly 2 weeks longer than quoted but at least progress could be monitored via the website. One glitch on arrival was that the second hard drive was not seen in storage and so was unavailable. Problem was quickly cured by calling the helpline number. A connection had come adrift in transit. Overall the purchasing experience was good and I would consider using this company again for a PC.

This is the second Computer I have had from Avaxos, after a short delay awaiting components, my new PC arrived in via pdp, pdp where a little heavy handed but as the packaging was good, there was no damage. Comupter works great and is as expected and exactly to spec. I needed to reinstall Windows 11 as the Microsoft stored would not work first time around. Apparently a known Windows fault. I am very pleased with the build qulaity and performance.

I bought my PC from these in 2020. Today I had the black screen of death on my pc, the workers at Avaxos talked me through all the steps to get it up and running again. Steve, Chris W and Jamie were all brilliant and so helpful. Much appreciated. Highly recommend these guys

I am SO pleased with the custom PC I ordered and would recommend this company to everyone. The PC has exceeded all my gaming expectations (even old geezers like me enjoy gaming!), it ran flawlessly right out of the box and plays the latest games I own (New World, Cyberpunk 2077 and a few more) effortlessly. It's so quiet all I can hear is the faintest of sounds as the hard drives are working. My family and friends are very envious!

Called up to discuss custom build for a gaming PC as I know roughly what I wanted but not the tech side of it. Service staff was fantastic, sat patiently with me and talked me through it all, was honest and even admitted when I didn't need something so the focus was on what I needed and not what they could sell for the highest price which was fantastic. PC built, working and got emails keeping me up to date with the process. Would definitely come back here for my next PC.

Over the years we've had 3 desktops and 3 laptops with never a problem. You can trust this company for ease of ordering,good service and quality hardware. I never buy elswhere.
NB:On my last order the delivery guy let the PC slip out of the bottom of the box...not sure if it fell...but the pc was well padded and seems OK. Extra strapping around package is to be recommended.

I am completely happy with both the service I received and the PC I bought. Even when I changed the spec after ordering it was dealt with smoothly and they even added a cable for me that wasn't on the spec at all. The only negative is the pre-production wait (awful when you can't wait to get your hands on your new PC!), but the company was up front about this from the start and kept me well informed of progress. Actual production to delivery was very swift.

I received the computer after about 3 weeks, which is satisfactorily fast. It was packed very well and safely. Components installed correctly, everything worked without a problem from the first start, but there was one problem. No WiFi adapter drivers installed. Not important to me, but if someone does not have internet via a LAN cable, the lack of WiFi card drivers will be a problem. I rate the quality of the product and contact with Avaxos as 5 stars

The possibility to get my hands on a fully customized machine was an amazing experience. I received the package in a timely manner and since the GP wasn't working, I immediately received assistance and managed to fix it myself following some easy steps. Unbeatable price for value, very professional company!

Helped all the way from start to end. Even questions on monitor and spec graphics. Are you changing delivery date. Excellent service that I would recommend to anyone thinking about purchasing a new ox.
