These guys are a scam. We purchased clothes for our wedding that were delivered AFTER our wedding. We had to rush and overpay for replacement clothes. But even when we opened the package, it did not even have our full order. It was missing the Groom's outfit and bridesmaids dresses. They refused to provide a refund. SCAM artists! They then blocked us from their social media. Notice how there's no reviews on their FB, Insta, or website. This is why.
Please save yourself the headache of working with this company. We had asked Ruchi to make us groomsmen kurtas and provided an inspo pic; I was excited as their Instagram shows they can recreate things quite well. I was very wrong. Ruchi was terrible to work with as she has no customer service skills and lied throughout the whole process. I had to message her multiple times a day only to get back a one word response. I was baffled to learn that her and her team literally could not comprehend anything we would say. She told me she would send me multiple swatches to get the color of the vests right yet when we got the swatch she sent a color that was very off and not even in the same color family…we had to start the process over and over multiple times. Ruchi then transferred us to Ashwin who like Ruchi, lied multiple times. We spoke to priyanka too who also was terrible at responding. He told us we would have the product by this day multiple times and nothing was delivered on time. The product didn't arrive until 2 weeks after the time we needed it. When we received the product the color of the vest was even darker than the original swatch that Ruchi had sent and I mentioned it was too dark. Also, Ruchi had sent us a swatch of the embroidery which was done very nicely and I was happy with. When we received the final product the embroidery on the vest looked nothing like the swatch that was sent. What's the point of charging your customers $150 to send swatches and having them chose when it's not even going to be part of the final products. The swatch sent had pearls on it and instead the final product did not have pearls but just thread work in place. The whole 4 month process was just lies and incompetency. Please save yourself the nightmare of working with this lying cheating unprofessional company who claim to be "luxury". If I could give them zero stars I would.
