“It could've been worse”

On April 17th I ordered from Azlee, just a pair of shorts. After waiting two weeks, I was curious about why it hadn't processed. I was told that the shorts were out of stock. I was offered a chance to change the color. I did so. That was out of stock too! Finally, after two and a half weeks, a color that I chose was in stock! The tracking didn't work...I finally, FINALLY received my shorts today, May 11th.

I ordered 166$ worth of product and never received it. This company is a SCAM! BEWARE! The ads are great but they are BS!

I wont do business with Azzlee ever again. Photos of fabric are misleading. They dont want you to return things. I had to go through four rounds of efforts to get me to reconsider my decision for something I would not even send to Goodwill. You not only have to pay to return their poor product, you have to send them tracking info and they have to approve it. I have NEVER had such a HASSLE to return a mail order item.

I was not satisfied with my purchases and wanted to return. The company does not make returns easy and there are no instructions included in the packagin. I had to email the company for instructions. The company DID respond to my email although earlier I reported that they had not. I chose the "keep the items and get a small refund" option and finally got a response. I do not know if I will order again from the company.

They won't send me the return address and offered to pay 70% of my money back
Still waiting for that 70% refund

The two stars are for the 3 out of 7 items I liked and decided to keep. I would give 0 stars if I could for terrible customer service. They say on their site you must email them if you plan to return items and if you just send the items back they will not issue a refund. But they don't answer the email so it isn't clear what would happen if you sent the items back after emailing. Also the tracking message on the site is impossible to decipher, and when the package was very late I emailed them to inquire about the status, and the email was sent back with a message it was a non-existent email address. There's something strange, fishy, and wrong with this business. They make everything look too good to be true, and it is too good to be true. Avoid doing business with them if you can.

Tip for consumers:
It would have been helpful to know that 1) the tracking system information is a shambles and impossible to decipher 2) the customer support email might bounce back or they will not reply to it and 3) they will not give a refund unless you email them first, and because they don't respond it is impossible to return clothing and get a refund.

Horrible is an understatement with this company. If it doesn't fit might as well throw it Good luck getting through anyone

Pleased with my order. Both items fit. Shipping was reasonably quick. I would order from you again if I see something I like.

JUNK shirts. Not worth the money. They lie about what they are and how they are made. My husband bought me some to wear after therapy. They are NOT anything like what they say and. Pictures are NOT what you get.

Unbelievable! The clothes do not resemble what was advertised. Once bitten, twice shy! Avoid this site, nothing is as it was portrayed.

So far after almost a month, I am feeling scammed by azlee. I spent 40 dollars for a cute pair of pants that I am still waiting to be delivered. I rate this lower than one star. I feel scamed.

Do not consider ordering from this supplier! Poor customer service. Huge hassle trying to return items! Worst I have ever encountered. Buyer beware!

I sent an email to customer service and no one got back to me. The website doesn't offer a refund link

I purchased four shirts and immediately contacted AZZLEE customer service to return them. They declined to provide a shipping address to return the items to. They blocked my email address after repeated attempts to get the return address from them. Reported them to the AG, Instagram, BBB and FTC. Do not waste your $!
