The short version: I placed my order in January 2011, my husband placed an order February 2011. They lied several times and said my order was on it's way- it never was. It is now October 2011 and they are refusing to refund all of what I spent to purchase from their website! I have submitted an internet fraud complaint against them and will likely pursue legal actions. I'm not the only person to experience this, but most people post negative comments on their Facebook page which the company then deletes to keep their company appearing to be wonderful. Beware!
