Balance of Nature

I had seen the advertisements for Balance of Nature for several months and finally decided to give it a try even though it seemed quite high priced. I placed an order for a months supply (just short of $70) and a one time (supposedly) subscription fee (just under $25). I got an e-mail that the order had been shipped with a USPS tracking number. I checked the tracking number and USPS said it was not in their system, not surprising for the first day. I checked the number again the second day, still not in the USPS system. I sent an e-mail message to Balance of Nature to let them know there was a problem, no response (still no response at the time of this review). I waited another day and a half, checked again, still not in the system, sent another e-mail to Balance of Nature, still no response. Cancelled my subscription, didn't work in their system. Tried again today, subscription still didn't cancel. Called their 800 number and was told that they were cancelling my subscription, we'll see. If this sounds whiney, sorry, but not showing someone respect/ignoring a person was a cardinal sin growing up in my Mothers house. If you like customer service, don't expect it from Balance of Nature, and don't bother.
