Bought 4 Banana Beds, first faulty bed received a new one which also broke (plastic lug snapped) so can't use either, plus broke one plastic side of opening slats on another and can't use that either. So 3 have failed in under the first 6 months and have not been able to contact them since 20th December 2016. We don't need these type of companies (Australian listed) in our own backyard failing to give good or any service when product is faulty

I bought two banana beds before Christmas, as a present for my two young children. One of them arrived faulty, it wouldn't inflate. I emailed Banana Bed on December 28, receiving an out-of-office reply saying they would be back in the office on December 3. Now, 19 days later, still no contact. Stay clear of these guys.
This was very comfy until it started deflating quickly after a couple of uses. Had a look and the inner plastic air bag seems to be coming away where it is glued to the outer fabric. I've sent so many complaint emails and no reply from the company, even though I live down the road from their supposed address! No address listed and no phone content- dodgy! Beware!
After waiting weeks for the Bansna Bed to arrive I finally received an email to say there had been a problem with the manufacturer. My husbands birthday came and went (without the bed as a present) before receiving a serious of cheery emails promising that it was coming... 3 weeks later... it arrived. No invoice. No paperwork at all. No note apologising for delay. Not even a card with it's website or instructions. I'm pretty patient and I understand that there are sometimes unavoidable issues but this experience was very poor all round.
I too purchased two banana beds for a christmas gift and got them with holes where it wasnt sewn properly. I have sent 3 emails to them from christmas day and have received nothing back. Thanks for taking my money and giving me crap for a christmas gift! This is why i dont like buying stuff over the net!
I purchased two Banana Beds before Christmas, one was faulty and have sent it back as per their instructions. Two emails and phone calls later I have been unable to receive a response or answer to my calls. Unfortunately this company seems to have folded. Lesson learned for next time I consider buying online.
I suspect this company has folded or is in serious trouble - while the website is still active, the Facebook page is no longer operational, the phone number is disconnected and emails are going unanswered.
This is one of the main reasons I prefer buying in a bricks and mortar store, and why I very rarely purchase online.
I ordered and paid for this product with a promise of 48 hour despatch, to date over 2 weeks later I have had no indication of such, no contact I have made has been acknowledged or responded to, no contact no. Available on website. Obviously CROOK
I did not have a great experience with my banana bed. First of all the banana bed took about a month to get to me. I can understand that there were several quality checks to be made as it was the first batch. However I made several inquiries for a personal pick up via Facebook and email as my address has changed in the meantime but all of those were unanswered, so I had to go through the hassle of driving to my old address to pick it up.
Nevertheless after I finally got my banana bed I used it 2 times and the latch to seal the air inside ripped off so I am no longer able to use it. I thought I could expect a decent quality of a product when I pay $89 and it won't break after using it twice. I hope there is something we can do about this misery as I actually really enjoyed my brief period of time with the banana bed.
