I just finished with their "chat" services. What a LAME chat service. They might as well not even have it. The service person was curt and unhelpful. Gave me information that i already had and abruptly pretty much tried to end the conversation. When i clarified my question since he didn't understand it obviously. The person typed as if i am not responding and that the chat session will close if i do not respond. When we talked just fine for a few minutes already. All of a sudden the question that he cannot answer he did not want to say that so he acted like he could not see me typing or the questions that were being sent. It was extremely obvious from the beginning that this person did not want to be there. What a dissapointing experience especially coming from a baylor site.
Review of Baylor our Children's House at Las Colinas: The speech, occupational, & physical therapists are wonderful. Some of the office staff are gossipy, which happens in most businesses. However, when they talk about parents that becomes at the very least unprofessional. When they talk about parents to other parents that becomes bullying & crosses the confidentiality line. Thank goodness for the therapists who are kind, professional, & dedicated.
