They're legit trying to kill me. Will only give me 2 weeks worth of insulin for a type 1 diabetic. 14 units every day and will only give 1 insulin pen that only last 2 weeks then 2 weeks without until my next refill. How can this even be legal? I think I'm going to look into a lawyer maybe for help with them. They also don't cover any mental health professionals in my area and they're one of the reason I need help with that. Every time I need an RX I have panic attacks because of stuff like this. Run from this company.

Since I moved to New Mexico, they have fought me on ever claim. I'm having to buy my insulin out of pocket because they said, 'Mexico is out of area'. And in their own words, they could care less about their customers.

I know this company has been around forever but it is a miracle considering how inept the website is and their customer service is no better. It took me 3 days to pay my bill after I realized that the auto withdrawl I setup did not happen. I have had problems getting my services setup and after I was told all my current drs were on their approved list I found out otherwise. If you have any choice pick another insurance company.
