The product was nothing like the description. Sizes don't match the chart. They would not exchange the product. The support team what a joke! They were making excuses, trying to get more money, saying they can not find the ordered number and finally they find it but it was too late to exchange... Don't waste your time and money!

I ordered 3 items in April. The tracking they offered did not work, so there was not way to know when my items would be delivered. Finally got the items after about 1 month. All size large, one item too small, the other too large and the third I did not like the material and construction. So I looked for the "FULL PRICE" return process. I found it is NOT on the website, you must email the company to request a return and related instructions and you only have 2 weeks to do it so if your items are delivered while you are traveling out of town then you could easily miss the return window (and they know that). After 3 emails to they, they finally answered me. You MUST pay for the return and are NOT given a low cost option to return the items. My items were shipped from California, but to complete a return, I am required to ship to China. If I don't want to spend $45 returning a $90 order (concerned they might not get my order then I am just out more money), then the other options they gave me are to get a new free item (I pay shipping so it is not free and why would I want more junk I can't wear - not an option) or they will credit me $9 or 10 percent of the cost of my order (so if I paid $30 for an item then they will give the a return credit of $3 - not an option / hardly fair) or I can spend $45 or more to return my order so now I have spent $90 + $45 and risk I may or may not get a full refund of original cost. This is ridiculous and I read too many reviews from people saying they never got the full refund after returning the items to China (so not a good option). NOTE: They tell you that you cannot insure your shipment for over $30 or they will not accept the return because it costs them taxes to receive... so for a $90 order, I have to under insure.
The items I received were not quality and no good return option - just a rip off! I will never order from this company or any like it that do not have clear return instructions and great reviews... I expect this company will change their name online. DONT GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY!
