I placed an order from Bea wigs on January 4,2024, It would take a month to receive because I was told it was custom. I received the wig about 2 weeks ago, I complained about the texture immediately. The hair began to shed in clumps, I parted the top and there is a huge bald spot. I took pictures and notified Bea Hairs and was pretty much told I was lying, in spite of sending pictures. The rep actually said "I looked at it myself before shipping ". Looking at a wig will not determine if it sheds because if it did I would not have received what I did. This is not my first issue with this company about the quality of the wigs. I was told that this time it would be better, however, it's worse! I'm a cancer survivor and I wear wigs because of hair loss from chemo so it's a must for me. I don't need an extra bald spot on the custom wig I paid $300 for. I'm filing a dispute with my bank because Bea hair will not even entertain fixing the problem. Stay away!
You know China is notorious for their imitation fake no quality boolshyt. They advertise as if they were a black owned American company but like 99% of these online hair companies, they are straight outta China.
Like a curious dummy, I fell for the hype and purchase two wigs. They start off nice but after a few washes, you have an expensive bird nest. Matte city! Don't even think about flat ironing the curly units because the curls never comes back.
All in all, Beahairs is a complete waste of money. It should be against the law how these people are allowed to SCAM people out of their hard working money.
That's why it is important to write HONEST reviews about these companies so that we consumers are well informed before throwing away our money on BS.
Worst hair ever! Extremely matted after one week! I begged for at least partial refund, they offered me a discount on a wig instead. I declined after two weeks of back and forth photos and messages. Do not waste your money.
I just ordered my first silk top wig from this company. I ordered the straight 360 wig and it is amazing. The hair is beautiful and so soft. It holds curls very well and looks very natural. The customer service was great. I got many compliments! It worth the price!
The unit I ordered took about 2 weeks to arrive because it was custom made but boy was it worth it! Customer service is very responsive as I emailed them daily and they always managed to reply in a timely manner.
So I recently ordered this hair and OMG I'm so pleased! It arrived within 5 working days, and was well packaged. The quality of the hair 10/10 loved it. This was a great investment, and I think I've found a winning hair company
