I ordered 2 Lola fine eyeliners in early Nov 2010 and paid for them via PayPal. Today is Jan 20,2011 and I still don't have them. I have sent numerous e-mails asking about the order only to get back a few "should ship next week" e-mails. I'd ordered from them before w/no problems... not sure what went wrong but I will NEVER order from them again and hopefully you won't either! I guess they needed my $28 pretty bad... sad, just sad.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Beauty Rose is a total scam. I placed an order, never recieved it, they charged my card and after multiple attempts to contact the seller I have not recieved a response. So much time had passed, I actually forgot that I had placed an order. When I click through on the link recieved via confirmation email, I can see that the order was recieved but never shipped.

They tried to take my money without giving me the product I ordered. I had to finally file a dispute on PayPal to get my money back. The phone always goes to voicemail. They sent me an email that said my item was on back order and 1 minute later they sent me an email saying they didn't have any record of my order yet the money had already been transferred to them. Please DO NOT shop here.

I ordered gifts for mothers day- no gift, no response from the company - no money returned $95.00! Stay away from this company!

Bad news - I ordered a blush a pressed powder and a night cream from Beautyrose.com. They shipped the powder and the cream but omitted the blush from the box. I let them know and they said they would send it, but never did. I have complained and sent follow-up e-mails which they just delete. I would never order from them again and have advised all my friends they are not legitimate.
