I purchased 2-400ml bottles of proraso green aftershave and 3 100ct rZor blades. The incompetent ppl at this sad company don't know how to properly pack their items. One bottle had the cap shattered during shipping and the aftershave leaked out all over. I emailed them explaining in detail that the aftershave spilled and soaked into the box and my blade packaging. The low iq moron asked me to ship the item back for a refund or replacement, which turns out was a lie. Once this clown received it, he refused to refund me due to the aftershave was opened. If you can believe this guy can actually be this stupid. Yes, apparently there really are ppl this stupid in the world. Needless to say I won't be buying from them again and I will get my money back through my bank. They are top notch at going after thieves like beautyways.
Tip for consumers:
This isnt the first time I received smashed merchandise from this quickly deteriorating company. However, it is the first time I dealt with a person from this company who doesn't posess a fully functional brain. This guy has the IQ of an ice cube. Really stupid.
