“No Warranty/Sub-Par Products”

I said years ago I would NEVER do business with Becker again. Then I found a chair I liked and nothing similar at other furniture stores. I should never have stopped; it is the WORST chair ever. They claimed it is damaged due to usage - usage of 3 months, by a 71 yo woman, no pets, not kids, nothing.
They have made NO attempt to work with me on this. That is the same thing that happened to me on other purchases over the past 15 years.
DO NOT SHOP BECKER
