DO NOT order a wedding dress from beebuyer.com. I orderer a dress and they said it would take 20-25 days And I waited almost 2 months and they had'nt even shipped it yet. So I applied for a refund thursday and I hope I'll get my money back.

I think as a marketplace, beebuyer's service is not bad. I ordered one dress from a seller, the seller made mistake, they sent me wrong sized dress, so i asked beebuyer service to deal with it, they talked to the seller, and the seller confessed his carelessness, I got my dress changed and the seller gave me a veil as a gift. The service respond quickly. I'd say they are not bad.

I am very unhappy with the Beebuyer website. I've ordered a tablet PC through them. It took much longer for it to arrive than what they advertised as they did not have it in stock as they said they had. When it arrived here it had major issues like the android it was supposed to come with was non-existing. I was advised to send it back to them by both the seller (JoyGu) and the beebuyer site. I had to pay for the shipping back. This was in November. Since then the beebuyer site has been ignoring me and thus been quite unhelpful and the seller has been totally unhelpful. The seller now wants me to pay for the original shipping for this faulty device – which they advertised as free. I doubt that I will ever get that refund I was promised. So I have spent quite a few USD's and have nothing but loads of one-sided correspondence to show for it. The site seems to have a facility to indicate how happy you are with a particular seller but it is so un user-friendly that it is nearly impossible to get the site to display one's dismay with a seller.

I don't know why people will come on this website and lie BEEBUYER IS FRAUD, i ordered a dress and they took my money and i can't get it back pls i lost $156 and never got it back! Its is a fraud don't listen to all these people saying its real its fake they are beebuyer themselves not real customers

I Bought the bridemaids dress of this site 2 of them need fixing up. Then i bought my dress of Beebuyer. To my measurments. The top dosnt fit. The colour is great the length is great. I asked for a refund. I was told to send pictures. What was the point of sending pictures to them. If still wasnt going to fit. So in the end i am getting a dress maker to fix the dresses up. I found them un helpful. I wouldnt buy online again..

The only people giving beebuyer good reviews would be beebuyer themselves.

Do yourself a favor, save lots of time money and aggrevation.
Call the phone number and fax number given in the contact website.
You will find out via english and Manderin that its been disconnected.
You will need to go online to get the exchange code for dialing china, which they don't give in the contact info.
I bought a dress from them which was never recieved, even given a UPS tracking number that doesnt exist after 7 weeks of waiting.
Told by BeeBuyer the cancellation fee was as much as the dress.
Had to contact the credit card company to intervein and get credit back.

DO NOT buy your dress from this site. Ours were poorly made. We purchased them for a wedding and the dresses were not the same as the site. They're giving us the run around about refunding our money.

I've purchased wholesale items on this website. I am very satisfied with the purchases. I am even more satisfied with the fact that I am able to use paypal and be assured that I will be given a refund if there is a problem.

I ordered a cosplay costume, seller said already on the way, so far it is fine.

Maybe there are some dishonest sellers, I'd say i was lucky, my was fine, but have to be carefull to choose the seller, some have bad reputation.
