Customer service was handled with an A+
So after explaining to my wife that I had indeed sent her something for our anniversary, and her understanding I did not forget, she called Beehive Florist to get some answers. The lady at the Baytown location where I ordered from was very kind and apologetic, Not only did she give me a full refund (in an email at that moment since I am offshore) she asked my wife to please come by the shop. When she got to Beehive Florist, they presented here with the flowers that were ordered and apologized even more for the missed delivery. I will have to say that is pretty darn good customer service to keep a customer. I will try them again in the future after they corrected their mistake and made things right. I will let you know how future dealings are handled.
I ordered and paid 3 days in advance for an anniversary bouquet delivery. Beehive florist was a no show. I have yet to receive an email or phone call explaining why. Very discouraging on a day when I relied on them to be there for me. I work offshore and find that costumer service just does not seem to exist anymore when you have an issue with online purchases.
