Belks

I ordered a $100 Belk's gift card from Amazon which came with no money on it. Neither Belk or Amazon will help me. I have wasted hours on the phone with Belk's customer service which has repeated lied to me that my problem would be settler in 2-3 days because it was 'high priority'. They have done absolutely nothing for me. They apparently cannot talk to the higher ups and must send them an email. The absolute worst customer service. Their BBB account is full of complaints and they barely have 1 star out of five.

Working at Belks in North Augusta I have experienced the store manager named Charles B in North Augusta Belks workplace, thinks he's a slave owner. He yelled at me told me to get back to my register and clean HIS store! Also told me I am not allowed to take a break after working 5 hours! Charles then lied and told HR that I quit! No one has contacted me about this at all. I choose to work at a better work environment not a white man who thinks he owns Black Associates. Do not work at this slaveship place!

MY HUSBAND WENT ON THE BELK WEBSITE ON DEC 16TH AND ORDERED SOME JEWELRY THAT WAS ON DOORBUSTER $24.99, AND SOME SHOES $24.99, THE SHOES WAS DELIVERED BUT THE JEWELRY NEVER CAME, SAID PROCESSING, EMAILED BELK THEY SAID DUE TO LOW STOCK THEY HAD TO CANCEL THE ORDER, AND IF I COULD SEND THEM MY CONTACT INFORMATION SO THAT THEY COULD REORDER MY ITEMS, SO I CALL TO FIND OUT TO FIND OUT THAT WAS A LIE, APPARENTLY, THEY HAD A GLITCH IN THE SYSTEM THAT WHY THEY CANCEL THE JEWELRY, THAT NOT MY FAULT, NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY $4000 PLUS FOR THE SAME JEWELRY THE WAS $50, DONT BOTHER TO TRY CALLING CORPORATE NO ONE WILL PICK UP, NOR WILL THEY RETURNED YOUR CALL, AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS, SO I ASK FOR A RETURN LABEL TO RETURNED THE SHOES, THEY GOT THE NERVE TO BE TELLING ME ITS $9.99 TO RETURNED THE PART OF THE ORDER THEY SENT ME, REALLY BELK I PREFER TO BURN THESE SHOES THAN PAY YOU $9.99 OR STEP FOOT BACK IN ANY OF YOUR STORES. PLEASE PLEASE DON'T SHOP AT BELKS THE STAFF IS RUDE AND THEY DON'T VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS.

What a great experience I had shopping at Belks! The service was great in Florence, SC as I was on vacation. The savings was even better!
