I booked an outdoor table 2 months in advance by calling there and speaking with someone. I told them that I only wanted to dine there if we could get an outdoor table and if not, I wasnt interested in making a reservation. She stated that for $50 more and since I was calling 2 months in advance that we could have a table outside. I told her it was an important celebration, my brothers first time in vegas, his birthday and his celebration of finishing 45 rounds of cancer treatment. She was very nice and stated that everything was taken care of. We arrived for our dinner reservation and were told, no outdoor tables! She said "we have the nfl event going on and I said so the nfl people are outside dining tonight, she responded no, uh, we have a company dining outside and THEY TAKE PRIORITY OVER YOU! WOW! This was her exact words, my brothers jaw dropped. He said, how do they know that we are not important? They dont even know who we are. How rude. With no other place to dine at 8:30 on a saturday night, we were stuck and had walked all the way from the Pallazo there. They sat us in the BACK of the restaurant, not even close to a window, they were not apologetic or nice about anything, I was appalled! The food was over salted and rich and the courtesy of the girls there were awful, I would never return here again!
