I found the site very professional and user friendly. I was actually able to access a database of undervalued properties only. The information was accurate and up to date. I also found the alerts/notifications to be useful in that I was notified by email immediately when new deals entered the market that made sense to look into.

I found the list price, tax value, and market values to match whats listed by MLS. These values produced a trustable potential equity range compared to similar websites. My family and I will be using BelowMarketValue.com to assist us in finding our new home.

Reached this site through Google and found great deals in my local area. The prices are pretty legit and the user interface is way to navigate.
