Beretta

I had purchased a brand new out of the box Beretta Tomcat 32 cal. Pistol. The company I ordered it from sent it to a local FFL for pick up. When I picked it up, I found the barrel that flips up would not go back down. On contact with the seller, they said contact Beretta for "repair" (of a new pistol). I waited 45 minutes and finally got a customer service rep. I returned the pistol with assurance that they would call with a disposition. No call, so I called back. Customer line NEVER answered. I submitted a customer service follow up request online. Nothing. I don't care if they are busy, I want to make sure the "repair" issue is communicated to me. I guess Beretta has forgotten that firearms can be dangerous...to the shooter as well as HOPEFULLY, the bad guy being shot at. Once I get it back, if I ever get it back, I plan to take it to the range to see if it works. One problem, one problem at all and I will sell it to a gunsmith. If Beretta will ever contact me with a disposition, I will remove this review. I will never own another Beretta again. I would say poor customer service but in this case NO customer service.
