We purchased a Cantilever Umbrella, bug screen and weights. Delivery was prompt. We love the umbrella! Really easy to assemble. The mechanics to raise, lower, and turn are smooth. Doesnt feel flimsy. Love the foot peddle used to turn the umbrella! Canvas is a good weight and weave is tight and strong. This is not thin a weak aluminum column, crank gear or frame. It is strong and well made and engages smoothly. I'm on the small side at 5'3/120 lbs and I have no problem raising, lowering or turning by myself.
I love the included tool used to put the cover on, especially being a shorty! Although we elected to nail the stand down to our deck we also use the weights, may be overkill but we've had a few " blow" away. Really dont enjoy chasing them through the neighborhood.
Lastly, but certainly not the least comment, is thier return policy. We needed to return the bug screen, ordered wrong size... BCP gave a full hassel free refund within days. Thank you! We'll be ordering from them agin.

I ordered two chairs for my husband and I from best choiice products. The chairs arrived early and were beautiful. The only problem I had was my back was uncomfortable on the anti gravity chair. I have a bad back. There was nothing wrong with the chairs. Especially for the money it was an excellent value. Best choice products were so kind to me. I explained how hard it was for us to return the product in person with our bad backs and covid. They made arrangements for my return and took the burden off of myself.

Had a problem with a product I ordered. Dealt with customer service and they went above and beyond to rectify the problem. Can't thank them enough! Good customer service is rare. Definitely will continue to purchase their products knowing they stand behind what they sell.

I have purchased several items from Best Choice and have been happy with them all. Plant stands, umbrellas, base... all have been great products. I did encounter a problem recently as I purchased an umbrella and a base from BEst Choice through Target. No problems in receiving the items. However, there was a piece missing from the base. Best CHoice would not send replacement parts as I purchased through Target and Target does not handle any parts for BEst CHoice products so I am stuck without the pieces. Target was great in giving me a gift card to cover the cost of me finding the needed pieces to complete the security of the base. All worked out... just a few extra steps.
