I ordered something and other than acknowledging an order, I didn't hear a word about it for over a week. Finally I asked them and they told me it was backordered. I don't mind dealing with backorders sometimes, but I don't appreciate the lack of communication. I cancelled it and ordered from somewhere else... would have gotten it over a week sooner if I hadn't dealt with this site.
