I ordered car seat covers which did not fit my car as advertised. In addition they claim the will do refunds on damaged products. I have emailed this company for returns and refund as the seat covers did not work for my vehicle as demonstrated in the video and the product was missing a grommet. Myrna continued to email me back with the video and insinuating I had not installed it properly. The are refusing to send me return instructions and refund my money by ignoring the problem as their issue. Do not order from these people.
