These guys are a complete scam outfit. They trick you into thinking it is a business based in the USA. They show a California address. I ordered a thermometer during the "Times of Corona". I knew I was paying a premium (like triple), but I wanted a thermometer and was led to believe delivery from California to Utah would take less than 5 days. Here I sit 2 months later with no thermometer and a worthless tracking number. The item still isn't even in the US. I filed a claim with PayPal. Hopefully I can get some resolution

Do not buy from them! I ordered something over a month ago and it's STILL in China. They are refusing to return my money. I have to file a dispute with my credit card.

Requested that refund or new tracking information be provided immediately
Received the exact same line in response:
"hi there, so sorry about that, due to the system problem, the item has return back to us, we had resent it, could you kindly wait more days? Thanks."

Ordered a part waited over a month to get here never showed up. Post office says it's out for delivery waiting for Stan that was March 22 here it is 8 April. Try to get PayPal to reimburse my money. They said they would try. I don't understand why PayPal would let a company like this use their business to rip people off.

I ordered a hand held electric pruning shear (branch clipper) and they only sent a replacement blade. Seems the same thing happened to Trella S. On 3/2/20. I have not heard back from them.

I ordered hand sanitizer from this company and then Payed via PayPal, then I start getting Chinese written receipts and a Chiba shipping #. I cancelled the order because the website leads you to believe that the company is based in California. I cancelled my order and now the company is challenging the dispute and doesn't want to refund my $58.00 for overpriced hand sanitizer.

Before I ordered from this company I ask if the company was in the USA. The merchant said that they was. I place a order on 3/22/20. The merchant sent a tracking number it was out of the country and the number was not valid. Contacted them though email Told me not to worry I would get my product. Time passed No package I sent another email requesting a valid tracking number. I requested a refund this made twice that I had ask for a refund. The merchant still didn't give the money back and sent a different tracking number they said that the order got stuck in the system. The tracking information showed package in China finally it showed in NY. Weeks went by with no updates. Finally after another email to them the package showed in California. The package finally came today 05/13/20. And all the information on the items are written in Chinese imagine that!. I will never buy anything from this company Ever again.

Do not order from this company it is an undercover Chinese company, your order comes from China, when you try contacting them they take forever and they send you your tracks in Chinese, stay away

This company is a fraud. It is not in the United States. I ordered a product which was never delivered. Stay away!

Placed an order on 3/23/2020 and received an invalid tracking number. I reached out on 3/25 to the merchant and also included the BestPrimeUSA support team to cancel the order, and the merchant told me they couldn't because it already shipped. Then I found out the original order was returned, but the merchent never canceled my order and told me it had shipped again. Here I am on 4/15/2020 with no new tracking details and the order has not been cancelled. I've been reaching out on a daily basis and all I get from the merchant are apologizes, and no one at BestPrimeUSA is stepping in to help resolve the issue. All I want is an ETA of delivery or to cancel the order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY... SCAM! And shame on PayPal for working with this scam company!
